It's realistic because the prop of the Cessna moves in one direction, therefore you need to apply some rudder 😁
The propeller slipstream swirls around the fuselage and meets the vertical stabiliser slightly from the left. The vertical stabiliser generates some lift towards the right, this swings the nose to the left. The vertical stabiliser is often off-set a little so that at the reduced power in the cruise the slipstream effect is neutralised. With power cut there would then be some swing to the right.
This is for props that turn clockwise seen from behind.
