Looks like 1900fpm is a too high climb rate at this altitude.
You need to keep the speed up, you are close to the stall where the induced drag gets very high. You may not be able to maintain altitude at that speed at that altitude... Climb with the FLCH mode, not with the vertical speed mode (VS). Above 10,000ft you can accelerate to 300kt.
