Shimmering textures (clouds, mountains)

  • Hi,

First, I can't stress enough how extremely beautiful the graphics in Aerofly 2 are. Especially the shadows are mindblowing.

I'm experiencing shimmering textures in distant mountains and clouds.

Does anybody of you know how to solve this?

    Regards,

    Kars

  • I am yet to try Nvidia Inspector with Aerofly FS 2... Maybe some SGSS might help with it ?

    Main Simulation Rig:

    Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti, 1 TB & 500 GB M.2 nvme drives, Win11.

Lenovo TB310FU 9,5" Tablet for Navigraph and some available external FMCs or AVITABs

  • What is SGSS?

It stands for sparse grid super-sampling. Its an anti-aliasing mode that can be enabled on Nvidia cards through the use of Nvidia inspector.

    Exactly that. Thx HiFlyer :)

I haven't yet tried to create a NI profile for AEFS2, but will one of these days.
