Anstatt das Panorama einer bestehenden Scenery zu ersetzen ist es schlauer einfach eine neue Scenery zu erstellen. Der Aufwand ist vergleichbar. Hast du denn schon ein 360x180° Panoramabild in guter Auflösung? (ca. 16k px breit?)

Hallo Jochen,

ist bei mir genauso. Der Motor wird über die Wölbklappen-Funktion angesteuert und die Wölbklappen werden gar nicht mehr gesteuert.

Es kann sein, dass der Rollwiderstand der Foka zu groß ist. Klappt es denn mit anderen Modell-Kombinationen?
Was meinst du mit "Dann Ende"? Gibt der Schlepper nicht genügend Gas oder reist das Seil oder wie kann ich das interpretieren?

Yes, the OpenGL support from AMD is not as good as it is from Nvidia!
Thats why I spent a little more money and got a Nvidia graphics card. And I did not regret it yet

Hello everyone,

I just uploaded my ASH-31 Mi glider, three slightly different Spark "realfeel" modifications and the Beaver auto-piloted towing plane for the aeroflyRC7 on my website. All available as a free download!

Have you tried to update the driver of your graphics card from the official website of the hardware manufacturer?
Maybe the yellow artefacts go away, if you zoom in a bit with the mouse wheel ...

Hello everyone,

IPACS just released a new Patch for the Aerofly RC7 including three new models:
a new airliner model: MD-11
and two new Multicopters: GD-8 Octocopter and CarbonCore 950 Hexacopter.

Here are some screenshots of the new aircrafts:

They also included some bug-fixes and extended the settings menu for the control devices. You can now assign multiple different control axis for airlerons, rudder and elevator so that you can easily create differential ailerons.

Hallo Reiner,

über die Performance solltest du dir keine Sorgen machen! Der Aerofly kann sehr gut mit großen Texturen arbeiten und rechnet diese in niedrigeren Graphikstufen entsprechend herunter. Als Auflösung für das gesamte Panorama habe ich noch 16k breit und 8k hoch in Erinnerung, vielleicht ist das auch schon veraltet...

Ist das Rohbild des zusammengesetzten Panoramabildes noch vorhanden?
Ohne das wird es wohl schwierig und wohlmöglich müsste man die Bilder vom AFPD wieder zurück zu konvertieren. Nach meinem Kenntnisstand gibt es kein öffentlich verfügbares Programm dazu, bitte korregieren wenn das nicht stimmt! Dann müsstest du die Bilder leider nochmal aufnehmen am besten an derselben Position wie letztes Mal... andernfalls muss das 3D Modell noch etwas angepasst werden. Ansonsten kann das 3D Modell natürlich wiederverwendet werden

Wir würden es alle sehr begrüßen deine Scenery im AeroflyRc7 bespielen zu können!

Hi,

That menu option never existed in the aerofly5 or RC7 as far as I know from my approx. 4 years of using the programs including beta versions. The older AFPD (which is a different program) had such an option, thats right.

The smoke color for aerofly5 and aeroflyRC7 aircraft is saved in the aircraft's .tmd file. Have a look at the mb339.tmd file with a text editor like wordpad or notepad++ and you'll find the smoke color in the "smokegraphics" object.

If you want to change the color of an aircaft's smoke, open up the simulator, go to the menu entry edit-model and save it as a modification.
Browse to your user-folder and go into the folder "aircraft_mod" and then into the aircraft you just saved and open up the *__000.tmd of that aircraft.

Find the smokegrahics and copy paste the line

<[tmvector4d][Color]            [ 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 ]>

the numbers are ARGB values as far as I remember: Red Green Blue Alpha/Transparency
so this is white

Example: For Red the RGB value is: 255, 0, 0 (typical 24-bit color = 8-bit * 3 colors ) (use paint or any other graphics program with RGB colors to get these values)
now devide each number by 255 and you'll get: 1.0 0.0 0.0 and for the alpha 1.0 (100% - non transparent)

Do you want some delay between the finger releasing the rudder control and the control stick overwriting the rudder input?

well if you don't crash the glider then it does not reset it either, thats right If you break a wing it should reset it...

I have not seen such an option in the settings. You can however adjust the time its take to automatically reset your aircraft. Then you don't need to press any button and just wait for the reset. The minimum time for the auto-reset is 1s I think.

I think the biggest problem is actuall the graphics card! An Intel i3 is good enough for a PC to run the aerofly but you need a better graphics card to get the perfect image quality that the sim can offer. Ergo I don't think much is going to change with a better processor unless it has an inbuild graphics chip that replaces the graphics card and which got modified aswell...
