there is a tutorial by Rodeo, which allows to create own building textures:

Modify the bmps (1024x1024) with Gimp or PS to your required colors and textures.
If you add additional textures, also add their names to the building_textures.txt file.
For each res_wall you also need a res_gable.

As Antoine said, if you need 80% white and 20% red, make 4 white and one red buildings.
Edit the contained content_converter_config.tmc to your own path.
Then double click the tmc file for the generation. (It is assumed you already installled the sdk) from here:

Hello Hartman,
I flew yesterday over an hour about your scenery and my cultivation.
I am really fascinated about so much nature and all the details. Using a slow flying plane like the Pitts, it takes hours to see it all.
So congratulation to your Project 9 and thumbs up for further extension of your project.

having trouble capturing Aerofly at the moment
I made very good experiences with the free OBS Studio.
It even records in fluent 60 Hz, even in Paris. (and that with only a GTX 1070 )

So Michael, please do the usual procedure:
Move all customer sceneries to a different directory on the same drive, exept Bex_refineries.
Remember, that we have different possible locations:
.../user_scenery/scenery/
.../SteamApps/common/Aerofly FS 2 Flight Simulator AddOns/scenery/
../Documents/Aerofly FS 2/addons/scenery

I confirm to only made changed in area 45 Collombey (adding cars and Bex).
