Thanks a lot Jake for this addon !
PS: I love specially the face of the guy who walks his dog next to the airport
I particular found this to be funny!

It is great to see three people adding animated traffic here and there in 'our world'. Many thanks for the effort, it's very enjoyable!
Can we hope for an animated plane (or heli!) at LOWI Innsbruck?
I really only dabbled with vehicles on the ground. As far as animating rotating helicopter blades, I don't acquire the knowledge for that process. Perhaps Colin (brunnobellic) is the man for that job?
This current method of animation on the ground is actually a very big process if you want many areas with coverage.
If somehow a different approach was used with OSM data, it could be easier.
Can anyone test to see if USGS is still working with AeroScenery? I can't seem to produce any images with USGS.
The best detail you're going to get is Payware airports by ORBX. Remember GTA quality is from a million dollar company that pays top designers. That level of detail is unnecessary for a flight sim. It would produce very bad performance, since those models are designed to run on a different engine. I understand what you are looking for, but that's not how these sceneries work for flight sims.
At least with the developer cam (Ctrl+F8 on PC) there is a small workaround for the walkaround.
Agreed. This is what do while In VR. Dev cam with arrow keys and mouse. Closest thing to simulating a walkaround expierence. Very fun in high detailed airports or sceneries.
Inspired by Jeff (drhotwing1) for bringing life to Aerofly.
Also inspired by Colin (brunnobellic) for adding life throughout various Aerofly sceneries.

Chicago animation works great with ORBX Meigs Field DLC Add-on
Disclaimer:
Some paths with large curves were difficult to get vehicles to obey paths. You will see some off road drunk drivers in few areas.
Great HINT: Don't look for it, just fly and have fun.
Mad respect for Jeff (drhotwing1) for animating the areas he did within Flordia Life Project, because this process does require a lot of work to cover large areas.
Just had a fantastic flight from Rumjatar to Lukla (rough landing on my part). The open and closing cargo door is very nice! Thanks for creating this wonderful aircraft.
I see Just Flight is having an Easter Sale and once again leaving Aerofly Aircraft out of the deals. Hope that can change.
Thank you Argivo, do you have a recommended link for startup procedure?
I love listening to Austin!
I think if you're willing to purchase Thrustmaster T.16000m FCS Hotas combination then that would be a great investment. I'm currently using a way cheaper version of that and I am completely satisfied, especially with heli flying. I would love to have a honeycomb yoke to experience, but that's a different story.
I love watching people's reactions in VR, it's a great feeling. I noticed a few people in the video were super impressed. One thing I've always noticed even when letting my friends and family fly in VR, is that some people forget to look around and only keep their head looking straight I usually have to remind them that they can look all over. Strange phenomenon!
Great the search then continues! Thank you Tom
Edit:
It's not looking too good for a rescue tonight. However, the area is absolutely beautiful!
So it just dawned on me after searching for 30 minutes. Do I have these missing people installed??
Are they located within the "Cultivation Addon for Hartman's Bodo Area 1-8" download??
This is such a fun idea, I just don't want to look for these missing people if they are indeed missing
The mission is urgent.
Good luck with this mission, and please make sure you return to us in one piece.
Seriously a great fun idea! Thanks!
Also lets assume Tom is the German missing
Wow that was really good! Some new angles I've never seen before.
My gosh Hartman, you are an unstoppable machine! Thanks for creating such a wonderful area to fly in!
Katrina was probably the one who broke Vulkan last week.
What is important in the end of the day is
- the surface material should be named according to the __airport__outside structure (see airport tutorial) => soft flattening
- vertices must be painted black for the flatten to be transparent in AFS2
Is there a tsc setting to make the area completely flat without sinking deep into the ground?
With autoheight set to "false", my ground poly is indeed now flat and smooth. However it has to go underground to do so.
Perhaps with this method, a larger ground poly needs to be created to help hide the abrupt sinking look?
With autoheight set to "true" it seems to not flatten the ground at all?
Perfect timing to enjoy on the weekend! Thank you!
