I just flew over this area and it's all covered with aerial imagery from the package.
Well, actually, I have the same low res textures over there but I have them all over the place! Isn't is to that only around some airports the textures have a far higher resolution? The rest of the scenery has a lower resolution though not as low as outside of the modelled area's.

Checked some more and yes, the area that Raspou is showing is indeed VERY low res. Up north things do look a lot better.
We can of course enhance some regions if this is requested by users. Please send us your lon lat coordinates so we can have a look at it.
To reduce download size, we only feature hi res aerial images around airports and interesting places. The default resolution should be fine for 'normal' flying altitude.

The problem in this area is very much lower res than before and after area at the same altitude (about 15500 ft) without reason, so a bit ugly.
The area is beetwen N37.68 W106.65 and N37.75 W107.04, flying heading 279° beetwen this two point.

I think your download is OK, as I see this too at 37.77 107.06.

Well, that's because 'before and after' have higher resolution textures because those area's are closer to airports. In area's where there aren't airports and you are supposed to fly higher the resolution will be lower. I have to say though that there ARE area's further away from airports that do seem to have better resolution. It's a bit of a mixed bag. I understand that IPACS uses this trick to keep downloads from getting too big but 1. I don't mind bigger downloads 
and 2 it seems a bit done at random.
