Hi i am very exited about the new Aerofly 2021 release but i do have one worry about it and that is what if apple doesn’t approve it that would be very sad because we wouldn’t be able to enjoy it do i need to worry about that?? Please let me know thank you best regards

It is rejected if the developer didn’t respect the “guide lines”. It should not happen here, but who knows.
In this case, the developer has to correct what is not ok. It just postpones the application.

Yes, no worries, FrankLFRS had an excellent response.
First of all, the IPACS team has done this several times. This isn't their first rodeo, and they know what to expect. Worst case scenario is that there is slight delay. If we waited a whole year, a week or two won't hurt.
But even that is very unlikely to happen. We're more likely find a hound dog with a cowboy hat riding an asteroid into Alaska than such an event occurring
But in all seriousness, don't worry!

I wonder if they set it to release immediately after its reviewed, or if they want to release it manually after the review process is done.

If your submission is incomplete, review times may be further delayed or your app may be rejected. Once your app has been reviewed, its status will be updated and you will be notified.”
