When I started the autopilot (AP) and the side navigation (NAV) and flew over CTR without connecting the remaining waypoints, my plane stopped working and the frame rate dropped, but the traffic was still normal, as were the anti-collision lights and flashing lights. Then, I had to re-select the plane or re-enter the game to get it back to normal. But when I fly over CTR with the autopilot (AP) turned off or the lateral navigation (NAV) turned off, my plane is fine and the frame rate is fine. I wonder if this is my problem or something else.

If you create a brand new route and only create it using the navigation menu does it make any difference flying over the CTR waypoint?
-
The same will happen if CTR is changed to other waypoints.

Then there won't be any problems.

If you create a route from within the cockpit using the FMS make sure to delete any discontinuities in the route.
-
Yes, there won't be any problems in doing so.
So I want to know if this is a problem with my equipment or something else.
-
There seems to be something wrong with this.

In the navigation menu, when you select a destination runway it should show you the frequency for that runway.

I usually find this information in IAC charts.

I noticed that when you are far away from the destination airport, there is something wrong with the runway heading on the planning page.
