Try Euro Truck Sim 2 or you could use a second physical device. The sound side of Aerofly is just not taken seriously but asking about real world medium and long wave radio from the ADF receiver is a bit optimistic.
I used to tune in BBC Radio 4 Long Wave news on the ADF.
