So why is it that the Android version of aerofly fs 2023 has no gate lighting compared to the iOS version

The support for the new graphics feature is often a lot better on iOS and on Android we have to consider many devices which can't handle the lighting and would crash otherwise.

honestly the variety of android devices seems to be a big issue, how do other games cope with it ?

Jet-Pack (IPACS) Couldn't a toggle be added for gate lighting to be switched on or off and be turned off by default so that people don't complain about issues regarding that on android?

As we explained in other threads: users would turn this on. Then their device which does not support it crashes. Android monitors this crash and the app no longer gets promoted in the store and we loose sales.

Is there no way to get around this, how did msfs deal with it, people increased their graphics and crashed but they didn't really lose sales

MSFS is not on Android though. It's the Google Play store which automatically "hides" apps that they know are prone to crashing.

Ohh ok, I see. I understand why you're not doing that then, no problem (:

Então, por que a versão Android do aerofly fs 2023 não tem iluminação de portão em comparação com a versão iOS
I do not care about it. The important thing is for the simulator to run without suffering frame drops, thus compromising the flight experience.

Also I would like to know, on iOS, are those gate lights dynamic, like can you see their effect on the aircraft and anything next to them ?

Also I've noticed in another thread(2023 beta to be precise) in some photos posted by beto mcfly, gate lighting , so another question, do some airports even on android have gate lighting or was that just a beta thing that was left for iOS, I believe beto mcfly also uses an android so
