I have the RC9 brough on ikarus store some time ago, and now i want to buy the upgrade version. If i install the v10 can i uninstall the v9 or exist some features/aircraft/sceneries that exist on v9 that are not included on v10?

Surely. But if you intend to install RC9 on an other PC you have to ask for a new registration.

I not want to install rc9 on other pc, what i want is not have rc9 and rc10 on the same pc if the rc10 have all the contents of rc9. Avoiding redundancy.

You can have multiple versions installed at the same time on the same PC. I currently have RC8, RC9, and RC10 installed on the same PC without any issues. Well, just a few VR issues with RC10 right now, but hopefully these are just the usual early release bugs that will be fixed soon.
Edit; these are separate installations. You cannot share anything so you need lots of disk space to do this. No big deal for me since I have 2x2Tb ssd's.
