Indeed, I have just tried it and it is impossible to display the old livery, despite the change of the name in the options file. Maybe IPACS will reintroduce it in a new update?

If you activate the stable beta version on Steam v4.01.0x.0x all the old textures work

So it would be good for IPACS to correct this with a new update so that all these old repaints can be compatible with the streaming version.
