Yeah I deleted the app and installed it again with no positive result. It seems that they haven’t any solution yet.
I asked for a reimbursement and it worked I get a credit note. I installed the app around 10 days ago and everything worked until the last update.

I’m confused why the game stopped working on the 8th of November when a bug update was done. I’ve done everything short of deleting off iPad and reinstalling it. I’m afraid if I delete it it will make me repay the $20 some dollars I had to pay. Is anyone else having issues???

All your purchases are kept safe in the app-store. If you uninstall the simulation they are not lost. If you install it again, even at a later point in time, the purchases can be restored in the simulator. From the main menu you can go into the regions or aircraft menu respectively and press the "restore purchases" button in the top right corner.

To Jan, no I don’t get to the menu at all, it just says “Initializing” , then the screen goes black…..I don’t get to main screen. So I’m gonna try the uninstall, and reinstall………Cross your fingers for me.

Thanks ipacs team. I bought the game on my iPad. Are we agree that I can play it as well on my iPhone without paying ?
Because with this crash issue I wanted to play on the iPhone but both aircraft bundles appeared as « not paid »
I think that this situation is not ok am I wrong ?
We have updated Aerofly FS 2023 on Apple iOS now to version 20.23.27. Please install the update and report to us if it fixes the issue.

The planes are a little white washed in appearance, some fields like Moffit in SF, and in Spokane WA you can see the exterior lines on the buildings, but you can’t see the building itself. I haven’t been anywhere else yet. I’ve noticed so,e new airports that weren’t. There before. But in general Thanks !!!

I was actually talking about Washington/spokane Oregon……but I just noticed this at the very last helipad at the tip of Florida……there is a swimming walrus. Go to the beach right next to helipad and you’ll see him, or her……..
