Dear Ipacs, still the same issue even with the last update, I have pay for a year subscription with the all the aircraft’s pack but for what if I can’t even start a flight. To whom I can address to have a refund please ?

@Rafale 17F: Unfortunately On Apple iOS we cannot directly refund you. This is only possible on Android. So please get in contact directly with Apple and ask for a refund there ( external link ). Please let us know if that works for you. If not, please get in contact with our support at mail(at)ipacs.de.

For the subscription, on iOS you have to ask for an exceptionnal refund. Explaining the product has never worked. You'll be refund. But don't be late to report a problem from the bill of the subscription. Also ask for refund of the Aerofly FS Global to show you cancel the product for real.

You should find bills of them here:
Your Apple device > AppStore > Your icon (top/right) > Your name (Apple ID) > Purchases history > you reached the purchases list.
From the purchases list > select the price > Report a problem.
For the application if you are under 14 days it will be easy to get refund.
For the in-app purchase (aircraft plane) and the year subscription, I think you will have to report other than default options, you will have to play seek and hide here to overide the default options.

Thank you. Before asking for a refund any idea of why it’s not working on a 2022 iPhone 13 ? With enough storage or memory ?

@Rafale 17F: To be honest, no, the iPhone 13 should work just fine. It's more powerful than an iPhone SE we use for testing. But to safe you further trouble we recommend a refund in your case.

It's really weird. I think consecutive iOS updates cause instability. If you have the opportunity, I recommend you completely reset your device. It might work. Because there does not appear to be any hardware problem.
