I find it so hard controlling the speed in the crj especially at cruise. Can you guys give me tipsfkr improving in it.

For the CRJ 900 I would definitely recommend the IPACS tutorial. This aircraft is very special, especially the speed control.

I have read the tutorials many times but i didn't see anything about managing your speed in cruise
The CRJ does not have an automatic throttle. It has to be adjusted manually 280-300 K. You have to keep an eye on it the whole flight.

As ThomK pointed out the CRJ 900 has manual throttle and you need to manually adjust your throttle input to change the speed during cruise.

What you can do as well is enable the "speed control" of the copilot. If you open the copilot menu in the lower right of the screen you can tap on the faster and slower buttons to adjust the target airspeed. The copilot then will maintain the airspeed for you as if you had an auto-throttle. We also have a tutorial for the copilot:
