In which country are you currently located in?

Same error on other phone
It must be your Google Play account (look for possible restrictions) or your debit or credit card or your money account. Maybe you can ask a friend to send you PayPal balance so you can buy global with this way which should work.
You won't get Global for nothing, I can tell you that;) -

Can you tell more details about your phone? Is it 'rooted' by any chance? Google has recently introduced some new security features to ensure the 'safety' of the users, so that no malware is installed. Maybe this is the cause?! Also ensure you install Aerofly FS directly from the Google Play store and not any 3rd party app.
Maybe uninstall and do a fresh reinstall and see if the issue is then fixed?
Are you opted into our beta program by any chance? If test, please leave that.

Ok, that is very strange. Have you previously purchased a subscription within Aerofly FS?
All the dialogs you see on the screen are messages directly from Google, so that's nothing within Aerofly FS.
What subscription are you trying to purchase? And is the currency shown in Euros?
And we assume you use the same Google account on all your devices?
