Orbx mentions continued Aerofly support?

  • Interesting comments from the New Orbx CEO: https://orbxsystems.com/forum/…crosoft-flight-simulator/

Our roadmap continues to include high quality content for XP, P3D and Aerofly FS (when possible), and we will continue to support these platforms. We have some real gems in store, and of course we continue to support our partners and industry friends - specifically this month through #FlyJuly.

  • I read it as only applying to Aerofly, but not necessarily Aerofly FS2. Orbx has historically referred to Aerofly FS 2 as AFS2 in their forums, but, Anna is a new CEO so maybe that doesn't blow her skirt.

  • I posted this yesterday and it got deleted. Probably because the previous paragraph mentioned MFS.

Hmmmmmmm...... Interesting. Maybe this will be deleted too? (Oh, well.)

  • Well...Let's hope it means they are waiting for coming major updates in Aerofly FS2...(FS3?) :)

But...As far as I know Orbx stopped making scenery (for now) because of the lower user base and accordingly lower profit/sales with AFS2 scenery, might have to do with that too... ;)

And X-Plane 11 is shortened to XP too, just no mention of version numbers...
