You have pulled the roll disconnect handle so after a delay the plane lights up ROLL SEL and lets the pilots decide who gets exclusive control of the spoilers. Initially each has his side’s aileron and the opposite spoilers. It should indicate PLT or CPLT ROLL CMD, pilot or copilot roll cmd.

The handles don’t work in mobile, the top half of the buttons should then light up. I don’t have FS4.
