Hello IPACS on the Learjet 45 the autopilot is not maintaining speed and also the Learjet 45s autopilot disengages itself for no reason and it’s completely annoying and on the Learjet 45, the alarms keep going off for no reason

Because the Learjet doesn't have auto throttle you need to manually hold the speed. The only time the autopilot can maintain speed is in FLC and IAS mode. Then your throttle change climb rate.

If the autopilot is disengaging by itself, the plane is probably at low speed and entering a stall. In addition, as it does not have autothrottle, you need to maintain the throttle manually. If the plane stalls, the alarms will go off.
