It is really sad : the Discus was a great motor glider, and my main glider in FS1...
Anyway, the AS29 is great, but it opwould be a pleasure to have one more alternative (because the Swift is much more a specific acro glider.

And here is the link to the download from my personal webpage: https://www.aerofly-sim.de/aerofly_fs_2_do27
Thank you Jan ! Now the Do 27 is much easier !
Same very delicate trimming action.... the nose seems to be really heavy... I'm able to land in glaciers. but with slopes, it seems difficult to take off (the nose goes very quickly down)....Otherwise, a very nice classic bird, and a really good job !!
First pic : successful landing in drassaud mountain landing strips for Switzerland DLC, second pic : I was not so sweet with the brakes in Reichenbach airport (Switzerland DLC).
Display MoreHi all
You can download the Do27/CASA 127 from here:
https://flight-sim.org/filebase/index…er-27-casa-127/
To install just unzip the file in your Aerofly fs2 aircraft directory
Please keep in mind that Im not a pilot so the flight model can be unreal, I tried to reflect the stol capabilities of the real airplane but I have no way to ensure that. Of course if any of you want to refine theese defects you have my permission,
In the photo below you can view some functions, battery etc
I hope you enjoy the plane
Argivo
Best Regards from Switzerland
Wow ! All these aircraft are with Af2 compatible ? Incredible ! Thank you so much
Hi all
Yes, I have two news, one good and other not so good
The not so good is I cant make the vr hands work properlly, sometimes work sometimes not, any help on this problem Will be wellcome
The good notice is I decide to upload the plane this friday, with or without vr hands, mouse can do the work of the vr hands without problem.
Same for me: VR hands can wait.... But we really need your nice classic taildagger :-). once again, thank you for your excellent work !

Hi gents,
Our friend drassaud keep on his good work for us: Update of Switzerland West in version 1.0.1 Include Les Eplatures airport buildings (adaptation with FSCloudPOrts, don't install the one I created there) and better autogen around Geneve.
Of course, check and download the updated version at http://www.flght-sim.org
Argivo hello, any news about your upcoming release ?
BR
right observation ! some other problems appear today with some add-on airports...
I see that I am number 35 to download these Ch Landing Places. Although I have thousands of logged hours, I have never landed on a glacier or a mountain airstrip. I flew mostly in the Southwest USA and have landed on many sand bars, grass pastures and makeshift runways so I look forward to landing and takeoff on ice and snow.
How about the community rank these new landing area starting with their most favorite. 1. 2. 3.
Regards,
Ray
For me, rank : 1.
Aerofly fs2 is really the perfect "slow and low" bush flight simulator
Hi ! The talented drassaud offers us a fantastic scenery add-on for Switzerland DLC : Switzerland mountain landing places ! It is really challenging, but it opens a new territory : take off and land among glaciers and mountains, in real world swiss places ! You can download this in Flight-sim.org.
Thank you so much for your work ! ... Now we just need a Carbon Cub
I’m working on creating altisurfaces including some on glaciers, it would be the ideal plane to land there, especially if one of the livery had skis
I landed many times successfully on some Switzerland DLC glaciers : it is not so easy, you need to be carefull to find a flat place long enough... and it is not so easy to be able to watch that on the shiny white snow under the blue and clear skies from AF2 (especially in Switzerland DlC).
Some months ago, a designer was motivated to make a Carbon Cub for Fs2... Unfortunatelly I haven’t heard anything about this (aborted?) project... it would be my dream plane... but anyway, the Dornier can do the job as well 😉
Thanks HerveF and all the best in 2019 for you to.
I have publish the update juste before writing in this thread.
It's there: Autogen Switzerland South 1.0.0
Oh sorry ! My bad
Thank you very much for your precious work !
Best Regards
wow ! Great job Argivo !!! What a nice surprise ! Your model looks fantastic, and it is fabulous to have a high-wings taildagger plane !!!
Would be great to have a retractable wheel/skis version, with swiss registration ( see google HB-HKA, for example) to be able to land on Switzerland DLC glaciers ;-).
Looking forwards to fly your nice bird ! And thank you so much to bring your work in the AF2 community
Friendly regards from Switzerland
Thanks to Nabeel and his AFS2 Cultivation/Scenery editor, I was able to clean the buildings that bloomed a little anarchically in south Switzerland area, that is now at version 1.0.0
Great ! thx you drassaud
Do you plan to publish your updated version in flight-sim.org ?
Thank you and all the best in 2019 !!
Friendly from Switerland
Hi gents,
The talenteous Sylvain released through ORBX today the long awaited Saanen update !
Thank you sydel7912 !
Display MoreThe cultivation(s) for Switzerland is(are) great, but where are really too much trees for towns like Bern, Geneva or Bale etc.
Keeping the Default-DLC of Switzerland untouched, I'm working in my addon-defintions with a trees-exclusion-file for the vegetation, replacing it with OSM-build trees (using a middle density for trees-generation). You would get better results, even it is not perfect too.
See for example Departure from Bern (LSZB) and some impressions south-east of Zurich:

[Blocked Image: https://i.postimg.cc/SshDSDnT/aerofly-fs-2-screenshot-09-20181023-231300.jpg]
How it works: Include an additional entry in the cultivation-section of your *.tsc-file:
...
<[list_tmsimulator_scenery_cultivation][cultivation_files][]
<[tmsimulator_scenery_cultivation][element][0]
<[string8][filename][Bern_treesexclA]>
<[string8][building_textures_folder][]>
<[bool][auto_height][true]>
>
<[tmsimulator_scenery_cultivation][element][0]
<[string8][filename][Bern_autogenA]>
<[string8][building_textures_folder][]>
<[bool][auto_height][true]>
>
>..
The file "Bern_autogenA.toc" includes the OSM-generated trees by using Scenproc (done with Vers. 6) while the file "Bern_treesexclA.toc" contains the coordinates of the exlusion for the default-vegetation (Swiss DLC):
Bern_treesexclA.toc
<[file][][Bern_treesexclA]
<[cultivation][][]
<[string8][coordinate_system][lonlat]>
<[vegetation_exclusion_zone_list][vegetation_map_exclusion_zone_list][]
<[vegetation_map_exclusion_zone][element][0]
<[vector2_float64][min][7.0313 46.9811]>
<[vector2_float64][max][7.3829 47.2178]>

Just try it out and see the difference!Regards,
Chris
It's a realy good result and open a great improvement of some areas where the original trees cultivation is a bit "anarchic"
Unfortunatly I followed your indications but the default vegetation is still there... I've probably done something wrong but can't find it.
Regards
Didier
Same for me....
Hallo Enrico,
Ich arbeite an einem fix für Saanen. Es sollte sofort verfügbar sein.
Thank you Sylvain, what a good news
Other fix to be done ine your excellent Orbx free cultivation : please set a small exclude zone for the default IPACS Schiltorn scenery : your free cultivation building are set over this nice scenery.
Otherwise, with the exception of too much trees in Bern City, your cultivation is really great !
Greetings from Switzerland
