Just wanting to make sure, is there no way to delete cached streaming data on iOS?
Is the only way to delete the app and reinstall? I just don't want to lose my career data and my settings.
The app was 5-6 GB at start, but has risen to 20+ GB. Still better than FS 2023, but I assume that number will continue to rise as I stream more.

The further I advance through the maps, the more memory occupancy increases. So I delete the streaming files to free up more memory. You can delete these files the same way I do here on my device. The important thing is not to delete the OBB, which is an essential file that makes the simulator work.

Unfortunately, this is not possible on iOS systems. This is the main problem.
By the way, in the introductory information, IPACS wrote that AF Global will download about 8 GB of data beyond its own size. Compared to this, it has already exceeded this and the size of the data is still growing. IPACS should find some solution to this problem.

Was that written in a forum post or on the App Store?

admin Jet-Pack (IPACS) Do you plan on offering some way to delete/manage the cached streaming data any time soon? My FS Global app is now 30+ GB. I’m considering deleting the entire app to free up storage but it’s a bit annoying that I’ll lose my Career records and my specific settings/controls.

I just tried it, on my Android phone I can delete all loaded files with the Z-Archive app without any problems. You don't have to uninstall the entire simulator to do this.

How about iOS?

How about iOS?
I think it only works for Android 🤷

Exactly. So we need a solution for iOS.

There should also be a "selective download" feature to download certain regions that we want to the device's memory.

Has anyone found a way to delete loaded files from Apple IOS yet?
Thanks.

Yes, IPACS solved it. In the current version, the downloaded data is automatically deleted when it is no longer needed.

Thank you!
