We call em fingers here. I do not know what’s funny bout it. People that work in airports also call them fingers.

In German there are these terms for the jet bridge:
- Fluggastbrücke (= passenger boarding bridge)
- Passagierbrücke (= passenger boarding bridge)
- Finger (= finger)
- Rüssel (= trunk) -

I've noticed this too. It's present at most parking positions without static models (those gates still fully generate) but the gates which are vacant are round at the end and don't have the flat edge or door used to connect to the aircraft. Why is this?
Also, will my request for parking positions take time to fulfill?

Hey,could you maybe take a screen shot of this "glitch" with the fingers (terminal or jet brides) It would be nice to see what circlular shape you're referring to.

dude. it's a term im not familiar with. excuse me for being new to this terminology, but as a native english speaker, i have never seen jetbridges be called 'fingers'. unless you speak a different language natively, i never tried to make fun of anything. like cmon.

It's only called "Finger" in the German language. Internationally it's known as passenger bridge or jet bridge.
