After finishing modeling the main landing gear i thought my part is over, which is making the exterior model. But... , Infact, it was not even slightly near completion. Is it possible to create a .tma file without 3ds Max? Like with Blender. Because as far as I know for 3ds Max one has to pay. Because if possible I would also like to add animated elements to my sceneries.

[…] There is one, where you can place so-called "x-ref-models" (default models used at basically any airport) and place the runways and taxiways. So you can already build a basic airport. If you want to make custom 3D models, you first need to have a 3D model (a terminal for example) in a 3D software like Blender, and then convert the model to a readable file for Aerofly.

V1 (in the picutre) is not that good at all. The one made by Ipacs looks way better. But I am currently making a V2, with a fully custom made updated model. Which hopefully will look better than Ipacs one. But this will take some time.

How to install the sceneries: First locate your scenery folder of Aerofly. Usually under documents. For my airports follwing folders are used: -"airports" -"elevation" -"poi" The airport, the file with just a name (green) (e.g. "SAZM" or "Montreal_intl_airport_ca") needs to be placed into the "airports" folder If there is a funny number (coordinates) (e.g. wXXXXXnXXXXX) , that folder has to placed into the "poi" folder If there is an elevation fix (red) , that has to placed…
