Ground texture at airports made with FSCloudport jumps with peaks up.

This looks like an issue that comes with incomplete custom elevation data?

I have seen something similar when I was creating fsCP airports too far North for the IPACS coverage area. I never found out what caused it other than IPACS stated their area of the world did not go that far North - for some reason. This was in Norway so it is most likely the problem.

Aerofly FS2 only contains elevation data between +-60 deg latitude.
This means in your case:
If a location is northern of +60 deg N (like Bergen) the ground will be shown at 0 meters.
Up to 59.999 deg it will show the regular height. So there will be a big elevation step.

Thanks all for feedback.
Could be the solution self to download and convert files to height?

Yes, you can, if you would like to "make your hands dirty" a bit...

I think the fix will have to come from as a basis change from IPACS. The elevation data is not the answer here. Is this correct, Tom?
There are several airports North of the magic line. Not just in Scandinavia, but Alaska also.

Yes, the fix HAS to come from IPACS.
The only question is: how long are you willing to wait...

It comes down to what choice do we have. Some wants a larger Earth, some like me, want water, others want ATC and AI, multi-player, deeper systems in the complex planes, dlcs for pnw, Hawaii, Europe, Carribean Islands.
It is obvious that we are not going to see any sort of game plan or priority list see I guess it comes down to wait and see. 😳

and therefor my answer is: do it yourself

Hi Peter:
I had a problem very similar to yours, although in a different latitude (north of Spain). I send you this image, I would say that it is identical to yours.
Verify according to this sequence, if you have or do not have, the folder 'elevation'. My problem was that that folder had been deleted involuntarily.
C. \ program files (X86) \ Steam \ Steamapps \ Aerofly FS2 \ Scenery \ Elevation
