It's really fantastic all the team, what you realized for this beautiful country of the United Kingdom!
But in my case, I would download the whole once the scene completely finished, because I am a little confused now with all these files?
Cheers,
Tomfa

Does someone have an awesome upload/download who would be happy to amalgamate all these into a 3 part mega download, with permission of IZ0JUB and brunnobellic of course. Scotland / Northern England / Southern England say?

my internet is rapid I could put all files together and zip it up tight so it will be small for download. Just an idea.

Excellent idea!

I agree that a serious accumulation of files would be beneficial to the casual users that don’t have intimate knowledge or personal ties to a small area or a chain of islands. Of course, some of those files are already approaching 3 GB so the groupings will be an overnight download.
With this sudden arrival of free full-featured airports with active ramps, taxiways, and tons of XREF airport objects being offered how could users not want this new area. It has been ignored far too long. -
brunnobellic should surely get a Knighthood off the queen for a contribution like this to the UK's international reputation.

lol I now. I don't mind , if it helps the community forum then I'm glad to do it.

Sir Phil and Sir Colin does have a sort of nice ring to it. BTW who has a link to the associated scenery surrounding EGNT Newcastle?
-

I figured that part, but I am still looking for it. The search turns up the airport, not the scenery area folder.
-
there's a link on. This page for it
-
No it is not on this page.
We obviously have a communications problem. I have the airport downloaded and installed. I am looking for some help finding the surrounding scenery among the hundreds of choices. The search engine only finds the airport, not the associated scenery.
How about does anyone know what scenery file is for this general area? The red box.
-
the scenery for uk ill have to sort out give me Time ill make a package and then give link for you. Is that ok.
-
Spend your time doing something more productive. Someone must live just down the street from the airport and will post a link.
Remember, Jan just joined twenty different threads yesterday to make one for this forum for all the 2 and 3 blocks of scenery annoucements. Only a couple of locals could possibly know the big picture.

Thanks ApfelFlieger, I am downloading the 1.4 GB file now. Local and historical project knowledge is definitely required to navigate through the many choices of files, updates, replacements and additional files. It will be a good deed indeed for someone to pull it all together and sort out the end result.
I hope a master map can be included in the end product for those that don't wish to have to whole package but, only those surrounding the full-featured airports. Or maybe the scenery connecting those new airports.
