Hello, can the amount of fuel in the A320 be increased to its maximum capacity? 2h flight time is too short.
A320 Fuel capacity

User name checks out.
This will be adjustable once we get around to adding fuel and payload into the sim. As of right now we want to keep the A320 somewhere in the mid-range of the weight range. Filling the tanks could easily push it above the maximum landing weight.

Wait that’s gonna get added soon? Yay!

i didn’t actually say that...

Well, eventually...
I mean this guy has a point, 7620kg is not that much fuel tbh. Also the gross weight of the aircraft doesn’t decrease as fuel decreases it’s kinda weird
Edit: GW and FOB on both airbuses acts kinda weirdly. The a320 gross weight increases when on the ground but not in the air, and the A380’s FOB increases during flight. Just noticed the a320 bug, and the a380 one has been in every game, no one pointed it out because of course nobody pays that much attention. Jet-Pack (IPACS) if you see this edit, could you be sure to have something done about these weird things that happen concerning numbers on the Airbuses. Many thanks again, your dev team puts out such amazing content, just that sometimes there are little glitches or bugs that don’t get noticed or fixes straight away.

I know my name says something, but tbh, I also like the A320 Family. I am really impressed with how well the A320 is programmed. I try to play realistically myself and I want to fly from Denver to Florida without running out of fuel :).

You can fly with running out of fuel in Aerofly. You'll just have an error message...
[EDIT] by curiousity I made a F-PLN from Denver to Miami, dear Jet-Pack (IPACS) I really miss to know the distance when I'm planning the flight

Agreed, only way to know distance now is through sim brief.

Although everybody will have their preferred fuel load with less weight being better for short field performance, theoretically the fuel load, assuming ZFW remains unchanged, could be increased to around 14t without pushing the aircraft over MLW. That could be enough for some longer flights without “running out” of fuel.

I know that I can fly with 0kg. But it really bothers me when I use a simulator and fly with no fuel. What's the point of a simulator if I'm doing something pretty unrealistic?
By the way: You can see the distances between airports here: http://www.airnav.com/
When you have selected an airport, you can measure the distances to other airports in the right column
rsx30 great idea!
