I found a feature on the 737NG by chance. Simply click on a screw (highlighted in the image below), present on the MCP, to activate TO/GA.
I found it very useful, as it avoids having to move the camera to click the TO/GA button on the levers.

This aircraft's GPWS test button is not functional. Did you notice this too?

PDMG's steam FSX 737-800 has a similar position TOGA click spot.

I noticed, but I believe it was on purpose.
I hope the devs make it responsive and play the gpws sounds since I like to push the test buttons.

how can you do autoland on the 737ng?
I mean CAT lll Autoland

The plane does the autoland, the airport installation and environment can give the from Cat I to III weather ability. For the sim the plane typically has both receivers tuned to the ILS and the plane has working multiple redundant autopilot channels working to allow the detection of equipment errors. GPS equipment can now replicate the accuracy and dependability of ILS, this has not yet appeared in Aerofly but the automatic route landing function is sort of similar.
The autolands differ slightly from plane to plane but there is less variation among a specific manufacturer's fleet.
For the 737 ng use both autopilots and ideally both flight directors, have the same frequencies and courses set on both sides and have everything setup well, well before a thousand feet above the runway. If the localiser and glideslope indicators are kept inside a half scale deflection the autoland will be announced about 3 or 4 miles out.
I have surely missed out a lot!

The tutorial for the 737 NG also describes how the autoland is set up.
https://www.aerofly.com/aircraft-tutorials/b737ng/In Aerofly FS all you need is to keep the assistance for auto tuning on, then select an approach position in the location map and then when you spawn in just engage the autopilot. That's it.

Neither in the learjet 45, at least I can barely get it to toggle the tests, it's a very stubborn button (on AF23)

Unfortunately the doors, windows or cabin are not modeled in the 737 NG.

I ended up finding out when I clicked on the screen to move the camera.
