I realized the same on my side. Not too much stuttering, but it is only noticeable when using the mouse.

When I click and drag to look around the cockpit the fps it looks very choppy. When I use the joystick button to look around it is normal. In my control settings I can’t change anything with my mouse.
I've tested a few minutes ago. On my side, it is just some stuttering like a vibrations on head movement using the mouse, but there is no fps change since I can notice the "scenery movement'' is smooth. It only happens on cockpit view.
I think you have another issue, since it's not really a bother here. Would be helpful if you could record a video for the developers.

This is not an FPS issue not any lag issue. The mouse movement just isn't smoothed, so the new position is reached instantly. We could make the response a bit delayed, then it would appear smoother. But this affects all cameras at the moment, not just the cockpit views.

There is nothing you can change or edit from the outside. It's probably not a bug and just works as intended, no smoothing applied, just raw camera rotation from mouse movements.

It’s very annoying because the game appears to be running at 20 fps even though it’s not an FPS issue. It does not look smooth. If I pay a lot of money for a sim I expect it to work properly.
