FS2 to FS4 Airport Converter Doesn't Work

I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue. I've tried to use the converter, but get this error. The first one is from the instructions on how to use converter, the second one is when I add main.py to the command. See attached images.

Please try this:

go into the terminal
change to the directory "..\python_scripts"
start the file main.py with the command "python3 main.py"

Background: the path "../input/" is a relative path from the directory in which the main.py file is located.
