Vision plane in flight from tower, has disappeared

    After the last update, the view of the plane in flight seen from the tower has disappeared. It was produced by pressing the 5 key on the keyboard. I think that by pressing this key, we obtained 3 different views with 3 consecutive keystrokes; now only one view is visible (camera in flight behind the plane).


    I beg the recovery of this function.

    I just found out that tower view is available at all airports: USA, Zurich, Geneva, etc. except in Spain: Santiago (LEST) and Vigo (LEVX).


    If you have an immediate response, go ahead. Otherwise, I don't want you to waste a minute of time investigating this little problem.

    In the airport TSC there are 2 lines defining the tower view.

    If these lines are not filled properly, the view will not work.

    Does the camera work at any of user made airport? If yes, then it's a matter of updating that airport maybe. If it doesn't work at any user made airport then we will have to find the issue on our side.


    The camera does not work in any of the user-created airports, including:


    Santiago (LEST), Vigo (LEVX), Asturias (LEAS), Ibiza (LEIB), Mallorca (LEPA), Menorca (LEMH), etc.

    Ok... I am on the newest update now. Still I cannot choose the tower view at custom airports. Hm...

    Wish for Aerofly FS 2/4:

    - Flightpath recording on hard drive and replay in sim from different view points

    - Smoke for aerobatic planes

    - Multiplayer or at least watching other people flying sitting on ground or inside tower

    Still with the current Version: No more Tower View. Not for custom airports and also not for IPACS Airports.


    I cannot use the developer cam as well, since on the way Aerofly FS 2 lost the possibility to run the replay in developer cam mode.


    So there is no more possibility to record flights from the judgeing view and I need to use a different sim to compete.


    Would be really great to have a fixed tower view at least till summer. Would be sad to loose a show case for Aerofly.

    Well, I started this thread last October, asking if it would be possible to retrieve the in-flight views from the tower. I see that since then that possibility has not been restored.


    This condition occurs only in scenarios produced by users. I have seen that it is also requested by TomSimMuc, flightxtreme, etc. have the vision plane in flight from tower. Those of us who like acrobatics, that vision of flight is very pleasant and we use it very frequently.


    I hope he recovers again.
