Does that have a limited map or a Global map including the Philippine with the price or an addition if it does have global?

It is not global but all the included regions are free. To my knowledge the Philippines are not included.

We have global coverage of aerial images and terrain data at lower resolution so you can fly around the world. But there are no airports there yet.

You can emulate with Bluestacks or that sort of Android Emulator. Or you can buy the Aerofly PC version.
