In my opinion, adding Navigraph support to Aerofly would solve this outdated airac problem once and for all. This way we would not depend on IPACS to have an updated database. IPACS should at least carry out a consultation with Navigraph to verify the necessary conditions for adding this support.

I think by adding Global scenery, they are set to move past the casual flying program and have paved way for the yearning for those advanced features
I believe there is no interest from the Aerofly developers in bringing this support to the simulator.
How often does navdata get updated in AEFS4 PC version ?
At LPPT I still see the old rw numbers, updated more than 1 year ago 03/21 instead of 02/20
Also STARs / SIDs and wapoints are not in sync with the latest AIRAC. Does IPACS update these databases ?

You should think about the small number of users who are asking, I believe that like me, the majority would subscribe to Navigraph to update the simulator's Airac

I don't know how we could do that, but look at infinite flight, they managed to get a partnership with NavBlue for their flight plan solution... Maybe trying to get contacts with them or Navigraph/Jeppesen could be something to explore ?
