For my interest and as a little help for Ipacs:)

I edited your poll to only show features, because there already is a poll for new aircraft here:
It should not be an option, but a sorting,
Please add interior plane passenger camera and passengers coming inside and sitting and viewing.make it realistic
I hope IPACS follow this request poll voting, since it really shows what we are expecting in the mid future at least the top 3.
How about being able to select lighting only for a runway in use, having every possible runway and (dwarf) PAPI lit up in both directions is unconvincing. There is something similar available already for in game approach guides.
I got two other features I'd like:
-A kneeboard/map that gives you the proper course and distance between waypoints/navigational features. This could even be integrated in the current navigation screen.
-AI aircraft that move at the airport and do stuff at the airport.
Edit: This is obviously very coloured by the old flight sims I used to play as a kid.
On board airliners, stewardesses should sell snap fit airplane models. This would make the simulator much more lifelike. Of course, only if that didn't make the subscription fee much higher...
Edit: And duty-free drinks…
I also think the navigation should be updated, from take off to landing. For example I flew from Auckland to Honolulu, when I wanted to land on 08R, I activated approach and the aircraft started turning to the opposite direction

If the 737-800 and MAX 8 and 10s get modeled any Ryanair window views have incessant background passenger alert chimes followed by pay scratch card sales talks.
And IAC aerobatic boxes please. This is by far the best PC simulator for practicing aerobatics to build skill for real acro. I can use OVR Toolkit to put Forms B in the cockpit but it would REALLY help to be able to place IAC boxes on the ground.
It would also be nice to see a long distance private jet like the g700, global 7500 or a Falcon 8X (I know gulfstream and dassault are very strict with copyright, but I think the global 7500 is a possibility) for more unique flights. Improvements in live winds and weather would be nice, adding more realism and challenges to the flying experience.
Tire smoke would be a simple but nice addition.

As explained by Jet-Pack (IPACS) before, it isn't simple at all and requires a particle rendering system... I'd love to see smoke and contrails being added as well though 😁
More weather effects would also be my hot pick to make Aerofly more challenging and less static. Imagine starting in bright sunshine, only to encounter bad weather which forces you to you use an alternate landing. Or a change in wind direction which needs you to reconsider your approach. Or a decrease in atmospheric pressure which you hopefully remember when your IFR flight comes near terrain.
I remember a simulated flight which became quite intense when all of the sudden visibility dropped and the airport was nowhere to be found...

I think the biggest problem of weather is the huge performance impact. It would be cool but I think I would rather fly in sunshine with 60 fps than in thunderstorm with 20 fps less
I miss Motion platform support in the poll!
This is the only feature I've missed for years. Any other real flight simulator can do that!

It would be great if you could choose the level of detail in this feature, but dynamic weather nowadays is a must admin

are you flying b737? i think you might forgot to adjust course. the course should be aligned with runway when approaching
